Halwa

While you sit with frozen hands and crave for some warmth, these garam garam dal pakode are a perfect cure and company for you. Try them on the street side stalls or just make them at home and don’t forget to serve with the green chutney.

Kulche Chole

Traditionally the Punjabi speciality, this dish Kulche Chole is made with lots of spices and masala like onion, tomato and garlic and with lots of butter on it has stolen the hearts of many in Jaipur, especially during the winter season.
